Dates: October 1 – December 4, 2025
Schedule: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM MST & Thursdays, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM MST
Format: 9 weeks, 16 classes (12 live sessions and 4 recorded)
